I founded Integrated Food Projects in 2002 with the sole aim of creating a project solutions business which focused on providing the best services to a client base operating exclusively in the Food and Drink manufacturing sector. I wanted to supply real attention to detail - something that, in my thirty years of working on projects, I’d noticed so many complex capital projects never receive.
Implementing change in live manufacturing environments is challenging enough in itself and is not a task that all who are capable of managing engineering or construction based projects are suited to. You need to be capable of seeing the client’s vision in your mind’s eye and be able to totally relate to their objectives. You also need to sometimes challenge the need and route cause to make sure that the vision satisfies the mission, which can only be achieved through collaborative effort and input from the best resources you can get your hands on!
Not surprisingly, Integrated Food Projects is a different business today to the one I set out with in 2002. It now employs the best people, some experts in their particular field, who enable me to provide a broader range of services to the Food and Drink manufacturing sector, but still with the same attention to detail applied to everything we do to achieve our client’s missions and objectives.

With customers not just across the UK but globally, our client had made the decision to expand the business to meet the ever-growing demands of its large customer base. They had developed a strategic plan for creating a new production facility, however their board required an independent evaluation of this plan before approving it to go ahead.

Established by award-winning food manufacturers Samworth Brothers in 1999, Kettleby Foods produces a range of high quality chilled ready meals to major retailers across the UK. Since production began with a range of just 11 pies, Kettleby Foods’ operations have since expanded to exceed over 120 products made from the finest ingredients and to the highest standards.
