Change is inevitable and inescapable. So to remain competitive, you must be able to successfully adapt your business and strategies. Many businesses struggle and fail when they cannot implement the necessary changes to their company and processes. Transition Planning

A thorough & detailed planning process.

To achieve a successful transition, a set of highly detailed plans and cost estimations will need to be developed. These define the activities that need to be performed in order to implement the transition across the business. We begin by planning the exit from your current state. Next, we develop the plan for commissioning, start up and include considerations of the ramp up phase. We then create a customer service plan.

Throughout this planning process, we integrate a continual risk and contingency assessment to ensure potentially negative scenarios have been duly considered and countered with effective contingency solutions. All of our plans are backed by our years of skills and knowledge pertaining to food industry change and the transition processes of successful businesses.

Organisational Design

Preparing your business & people for change.

Having comprehensively assessed the organisation and analysed the core processes in detail, we have a clear picture of the current state. We then use this information to develop a design of the future state organisation. This design will include the proposed processes, structures and systems that will help the business to achieve the planned change, but it will also focus more closely on how the organisation’s business units, departments and teams will organise around the proposed process changes.

This plan will help to set the groundwork for preparing the organisation and its personnel for the future change, thus heightening the prospects for success. Throughout this process, we work closely with our clients to ensure that the future state organisational design is fit for purpose and aligned to the new operating model we have designed.

Communications Plan

Ensuring consistent and effective communications.

Making any kinds of change to your business requires a thorough communications plan. It counters any potential disruptions, keeps important groups of people informed, and allows the business to continue functioning to maximum efficiency despite there being changes underway. It achieves this by setting out a clear method for internal, external and customer communications.

It will also map out how stakeholders and statutory authorities will be managed. This is of crucial importance to ensure that the changes to the business have the backing of these outside influential sources. We assist our clients in communicating clearly and effectively with all necessary groups to achieve the best possible responses and support for their proposed changes.

Integrated Food Projects have partnered with Kettleby Foods on a number of high-profile multi-million pound capital projects since 2003/4, helping the business to develop and grow. Throughout that time they have provided cost-effective and efficient solutions on development projects both at our existing ready meals production facility and also in creating a new satellite facility. The projects at our existing facility were managed without impact on our ability to service our own clients, and all projects have been delivered within budget, in a timely fashion and to the requisite standards of safety and quality.
