With customers not just across the UK but globally, our client had made the decision to expand the business to meet the ever-growing demands of its large customer base. They had developed a strategic plan for creating a new production facility, however their board required an independent evaluation of this plan before approving it to go ahead.
They commissioned us to create a feasibility study to review the their strategic plan for creating a new production facility. It assesses the viability of the investments by considering every element of the proposed plan.

We supported our clients in this process by helping to find an appropriate site and conduct meetings with developers, site owners and local authorities and investigating as to what funding opportunities were available. By procuring a skilled design team and developing detailed concept layouts and defining the numerous necessary processes, we were able to design a facility that would meet all of our client’s needs.
By also developing detailed budgets and cash flow we could make sure that our designs complied with client budgets. We also took ownership of all tender actions to procure the building and services work needed to complete the build. All of our work was conducted to the highest possible standards and helped to lay solid foundations for the continuation of our client’s development project.
