INTEGRATED FOOD PROJECTS REVEALS MANAGING DIRECTOR PARTNERSHIP

Kegworth-based food and drink capital investment consultancy, Integrated Food Projects (IFP) has revealed its new managing directors to lead plans for further growth in the coming years.

IFP has promoted Matthew Carr and Andy Tebbutt, to direct the business from their previous roles as client solutions director and operations director. While former managing director, Phillip Chatfield will take on the role of CEO at IFP Group of Companies.

Joining the company’s founders in 2003, Andy was the first employee at IFP and has been responsible for all operational aspects of the business and project delivery. Matt joined the team in 2012 and has leading the company’s sales and marketing strategy.

Commenting on his promotion, Matthew said:

“I’m excited to take on the new role of managing director alongside Andy, the past five years have been transformational for the company, growing from a small business to a multi-million pound enterprise. Our international footprint has grown and we have been fortunate to deliver projects in 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East and North America.

“The business is in a strong position within the industry and I’m looking forward to working closely with Andy to grow our portfolio of clients and deliver bigger and better projects around the world.”

After more than 15 years at the company, taking on a leading role like this is a rewarding move, said Andy:

“From being the first employee at IFP to taking on the new role of managing director has been an amazing personal journey. I’ve put a lot of time into the company and it has provided me with so much, it’s brilliant to have the opportunity to shape the company’s future, and taking on the new challenge alongside Matt is an added bonus.

“The company has grown considerably over the years, we have relocated to our new head office in Kegworth and acquired Structural Design Associates to bolster our design capabilities, whilst also launching IFP Construction to help us provide a total service offering to our clients.”

Newly appointed CEO at IFP Group of Companies, Philip Chatfield added:

“After 17 years of continuous growth, this restructure is a key part of our strategic steps to strengthen operational roles of key individuals and strengthen the business for its next stages. Both Matthew and Andy have made significant contributions to the business and its growth over the last five years, so it’s great for that to be recognised in this promotion.”

OUR CLIENTS

Integrated Food Projects have partnered with Kettleby Foods on a number of high-profile multi-million pound capital projects since 2003/4, helping the business to develop and grow. Throughout that time they have provided cost-effective and efficient solutions on development projects both at our existing ready meals production facility and also in creating a new satellite facility. The projects at our existing facility were managed without impact on our ability to service our own clients, and all projects have been delivered within budget, in a timely fashion and to the requisite standards of safety and quality. Their team work ethos and professional approach ensure successful projects and I would utilise Integrated Food Projects in the future without hesitation.

- Jarrod Thorndyke, Production Director

I have worked with Integrated Food Projects on many capital expenditure projects since 2004, the latest being the development of the new plot of land adjacent to our main site. They successfully employed a project delivery process to ensure the integration of a leased modular building solution with the development of the site infrastructure to improve logistics and Health and Safety. Their staff are always positive and enthusiastic and have fostered a team-work approach ensuring another successful project delivered. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
